Mallory Harris

Mallory Harris is a Ph.D. student in Biology (Mordecai Lab) with wide-ranging research interests in infectious disease ecology. She works on mathematical models of vector-borne diseases such as malaria, dengue, and ziika, exploring how climatic shifts around thermal optima shape transmission dynamics and control. She is also interested in public-health decision-making broadly and, in particular, the dissemination and consequences for public health of misinformation. Mallory is a recipient of the prestigious Knight-Hennessy Fellowship.

Prior to Stanford, Mallory received a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Computational Biology from the University of Georgia.
